  • Place the material on the cutting surface, ensuring it is aligned properly.
  • Use the vacuum system (750W) to secure the material in place for stability during cutting.

C) Installing the Blade:

  • Choose the appropriate blade from the three included in the kit.
  • Mount the blade in the holder and ensure it is securely fastened.

3. Setting Up the Design and Data for Cutting

A) Connecting the Machine to Your Computer:

  • Connect the machine to your computer using the USB cable or via U-disk.

B) Opening SignMaster Software:

  • Launch the included SignMaster software.
  • Use the software to create or import the design you wish to cut.

C) Adjusting Cutting Settings:

  • Set the cutting parameters:
    • Cutting Speed: 1200 m/s.
    • Cutting Force: Up to 1000g.
    • Memory: Save cutting data in the 1GB RAM if repeating the same design.

D) Sending the Design to the Machine:

  • Once the design is ready, send the data to the machine through the software.

4. Starting the Cutting Process

A) Confirm Settings:

  • Verify the cutting settings on the touch screen.
  • Use the touch screen to initiate the cutting process.

B) Monitor the Process:

  • Observe the cutting process via the LCD screen.
  • Ensure the material remains stable and the blade operates smoothly.

5. Removing the Finished Material

  • After cutting is complete, turn off the machine.
  • Carefully remove the cut material from the surface.
  • Clean the cutting area of any residual debris.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Clean the machine after each use with a dry cloth.
  • Regularly check the blades and replace them if they become dull.
  • Ensure the vacuum and stabilization systems are clear of any obstructions.
