Step 1: Set Up the Machine

  1. Unbox the Cutter Plotter:
    • Remove all components from the packaging, including the cutter plotter, stand, power cable, blade holder, and cutting blades.
  2. Assemble the Stand:
    • Securely attach the machine to the provided stand following the included instructions.
  3. Connect the Power:
    • Plug the power cable into the machine and a power outlet.

Step 2: Install the Cutting Blade

  1. Choose the Right Blade:
    • Select the appropriate blade for the material you plan to cut (e.g., paper, vinyl, or HTV).
  2. Insert the Blade into the Holder:
    • Place the blade into the blade holder and adjust its depth based on the thickness of the material.
  3. Secure the Holder:
    • Attach the blade holder to the designated slot in the machine.

Step 3: Load the Material

  1. Prepare the Material:
    • Place the material you want to cut (e.g., vinyl or paper) on the feed area.
  2. Align the Material:
    • Use the 4 stabilization wheels to secure the material and ensure proper alignment.
  3. Set the Rollers:
    • Adjust the rollers to hold the material tightly in place.

Step 4: Connect and Transfer Files

  1. Connect via USB or U-Disk:
    • Plug in a USB drive or U-Disk containing the cutting design files.
  2. Scan QR Code (Optional):
    • If using a QR Code, scan it with the machine’s interface to load the files directly.
  3. Use SignMaster Software:
    • Open the SignMaster software on your computer, create or edit your design, and send it to the cutter plotter.

Step 5: Configure Settings

  1. Adjust Cutting Pressure:
    • Set the cutting pressure up to 800 grams depending on the material type.
  2. Set the Cutting Speed:
    • Select the appropriate cutting speed for optimal results.
  3. Preview the Design:
    • Use the machine’s 11 cm screen to preview and ensure your design is properly positioned.

Step 6: Start Cutting

  1. Initiate the Cutting Process:
    • Press the start button or select the cut option from the interface.
  2. Monitor the Process:
    • Ensure the material feeds smoothly and the cut is clean.

Step 7: Remove the Finished Design

  1. Unload the Material:
    • Carefully remove the material from the machine after the cutting process is complete.
  2. Inspect the Cut:
    • Check the design for accuracy and clean edges.

  • Keep the Machine Clean:
    • Regularly clean the blade and machine parts to maintain precision.
  • Test Before Cutting:
    • Always perform a test cut to ensure the settings match the material.
